Dr. Holder collaborates with physicians, nurses, administrators, and healthcare and corporate professionals and leaders in areas such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence competencies, communication style, onboarding processes, team dynamics, diversity, corporate culture, personal impact, stress resilience, work-life integration and self-care, interpersonal effectiveness, and workplace public image.

Dr. Holder truly believes that if newly- and seasoned- leaders are aware of their impact on others, and strive to improve their interpersonal, communication and execution skills, the results are positive gains for the organization and the people they lead. She also provides and conducts quantitative 360 multi-rater reviews and debriefing, and customized qualitative 360-interviews.  Dr. Holder utilizes a “mini-360 and debriefing format” in which the leader and Unique Pathways executive coach determine a small selected number of questions for feedback on the leader-manager. Either option is provided upon request. In addition, Dr. Holder works with leaders and managers who are in transition, such as pre-retirement contemplation, women returning to work, and anticipated and unexpected work and life changes.

THE WOMAN LEADER

Unique Pathways™ Enhancement Coaching for Women Program is geared toward women-of-color and women leaders who want an immersion coaching experience integrated into executive coaching. It is the most customized leadership program for women executives, physicians, corporate, mid-level, senior and emerging leaders designed for supporting the professional in reflecting, revitalizing and advancing her professional, personal, and/or career-related aspirations.

In a customized program, we move through the Unique Pathways™ Enhancement Coaching Program for Women consisting of Unique Pathways C.L.E.A.R ™ process and Unique Pathways four (4) phases: discovery, goal setting, implementation, and milestones (see diagram below). In the discovery phase, we work together to explore your talents, skills, values, life aspirations and areas where you may feel stymied, unfulfilled or challenged as a leader, administrator, professional and/or team member. It begins with an in-depth 2.5 to 5-hour face-to-face strategic planning meeting. Customized for each woman through a coach-consultant session with Dr. Holder helps determine specific measures/inventories to be completed by the professional. These measures aid in gaining unique insights into such areas as the professional’s specific

  • and vision

  • as examples

These measures are completed after a consultation session, where the length of the immersion session will be determined.

During our immersion session we will review and utilize the results of your assessments and goals to design a Unique Pathways Strategic Individualized Action Plan, taking into consideration what we have identified as the professionals’ success factors. Next is the implementation phase where the professional explores, stretches, develops or refines skills that advance the professionals’ goals over a six-, nine-, twelve- or eighteen-month coaching engagement.
