Introversive Agility Group Coaching: Leveraging Your Hidden Gifts to Create Your Personal Success Formula and Action Plan. Details for this event are TBD.

A foundation of inner strength is formed when there is acceptance of one’s introverted qualities and understanding of how to leverage these qualities to achieve your best self. But many times, there is a desire to disown, feel uncomfortable and awkward in living in the world. Your unique path of embracing who you are through this introversive group coaching, explores your unique success factors which can shift your perspective to gain agility (a potential new way of being) in your relationships at work and/or home.

You will learn

  • What introversive agility is
  • What your success factors might be
  • How you might stretch yourself to intentional speak-up in settings of your choice
  • Ways to become comfortable with feeling uncomfortable in spotlight situations
  • How to be aware of your self-sabotaging behaviors and beliefs
  • How to determine your strengthening factors to be your best self
  • And how to develop a personal formula and plan of action with like-minded participants

This workshop is for people who are introverted and wanting to find strategies, tools and abilities to stretch themselves in an interactive group of like-minded people; it will also assist in developing a unique self-plan in order to show up differently for key situations in your professional and/or personal life.

This virtual group will begin TBD. Details to follow. Check back in late winter.
